Is this Samsung WF8500NHW Front Loading Washing Machine reliable, and its service maintanance providers efficient?

Problems: Because we have a Samsung washer,dryer,steamer (top of the line), motherboard blew and no Samsung repair service provider in Boksburg were trained to repair it and the only one we could find to help us in Boksburg were incompetent and rude in every possible way thinkable.
The Product is good but the maintenance service providers afterwards is not up to standard |
